🛠 Fixes a potential data integrity issue which can manifest while backing up sparse files, and when the -s flag is used in the tar command in snebu-client

📚 This release properly backs up extended ACLs and SElinux attributes. Requires the Red Hat patches to GNU tar (these are included in multiple current Linux distributions). Also included is a full featured front end client script, and improved documentation, and includes performance improvements.
